Catalan designer Andreu Carulla founded his eponymous studio in Banyoles, Spain in 2006. He opened a second studio in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2017. Plat de Pa (BreadPlate) is an homage to the signature Catalan dish of “Paamb Tomàquet” (Breadwith tomato). An aluminium slice of bread used to lay different delicacies and appetizers on. Used by El Celler de Can Roca(World’sBest Restaurant, 2013 & 2015).
